These terms apply when you use BooPaws (the "Service") to create AI-generated Halloween videos of your pet. By uploading a photo or placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

You upload a photo of your pet, choose a Halloween template, and we generate a short video with artificial intelligence. Your first preview is free. Further videos use credits from one-time credit packs (1 credit = 1 video). There is no subscription. Credits are for personal use and have no cash value.

Your photos

• You must own the photo or have permission to use it.
• Photos should show only your pet. Do not upload photos of people; we don't make videos of people.
• You keep all rights to your photo. You give us a limited license to process it only to create your preview and video.
• We do not use your photo or video in our marketing unless you give us separate, explicit permission.

Your video

You may download, keep and share your videos for personal use, including on social media. Videos are generated by AI, so results vary: we do not promise that a video will look exactly like your pet. If a paid video doesn't look like your pet, you can get that credit back (see our Refund Policy).

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to try to disrupt or overload it. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, which may appear as the seller on your statement and may collect applicable sales tax or VAT.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
