BooPaws sells one-time credit packs. 1 credit = 1 HD video. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

"Not your pet? Get the credit back."

Videos are generated by AI from your photo. Results vary, and we can't guarantee that every video will look exactly like your pet. If a paid video doesn't look like your pet, tap "Not your pet? Get the credit back" on that video and the credit is returned to your account right away. This is available up to 3 times per account.

Failed videos

If a video fails to render, the credit is returned automatically.

Cash refunds

• A pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
• If we fail to deliver videos you paid for because of a problem on our side, we'll refund you.
• To request a refund, email help@posiro.com with the email address you used. We reply within 1 business day.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
