We collect as little as we need to make your pet's video, and we delete it quickly.

What we collect

• Your pet photo, and the previews and videos we generate from it.
• Your email address, to send you your video and order updates.
• Your pet's name, if you choose to give it.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and which ad or link brought you here.
• Payment details are handled entirely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your preview and video.
• To provide support, redos and refunds.
• To measure which ads work (for example with the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run BooPaws: AI video and image generation providers (who process your photo to create the video), cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, and advertising measurement. We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Photos, previews and videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. Order records (email, amount, date) are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or email at any time, or ask for a copy of what we hold, by writing to help@posiro.com. If you are in the UK, EU or California you have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.
